A warranty may cover a product or service that the manufacturer or provider has no direct contractual relationship with the customer. A warranty is a benefit or insurance for the customer to protect them from extra costs in case of breaking. A warranty is not a service contract.

Fellowes Warranty

You will need to register your Fellowes product. A registration creates a record of your purchase that can help to verify the type of warranty on your product more easily. A receipt with purchase date is required for all warranty claims. It is voluntary and does not change the terms and conditions of your warranty.

If your product is under warranty, please call Fellowes directly at 800.955.0959 between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm. If they determine you need on-site service, they will dispatch us for a service call the next day.

However, if your product needs post-warranty repair, please call us directly. We have a full inventory of parts, oil, and shredder bags. Our field technicians are authorized to repair all models of Fellowes shredders. laminators, and binding machines.

CANON imageCLASS Warranty

The warranty for the Canon imageCLASS product is effective for a period of one year after purchase. The service coverage period can be extended by the purchase of a Canon eCarePAK extended warranty program or dealer service contract.

The Canon toner cartridge is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of the original purchase.

If you purchase your imageCLASS product from us, we will register the device for you. .However, if you purchase your device from another source, please use the link below to register your product.

eCAREPak

The CarePAK plans from Canon are cost-effective and easy-to-use additional coverage plans. A service plan can provide additional years of service and support from the date you purchased your Canon product. “All Inclusive” Service Contracts

Are available on most products we sell. A service contract acts much like an insurance policy on your home or car. It not only provides preventative maintenance but quickly addresses repairs as needed.

A service contract tends to be a wise decision when purchasing a new device and can eliminate the surprise of a costly service repair.

The benefits of a maintenance contract include financial savings, product quality assurance, and peace of mind.

Our “all inclusive” contracts include:

Warranty Protection Plus Program

The Warranty Protection Plus Program is another in-house auto renewal labor only agreement we offer for most of our products.

This labor only program includes the following services:

  • 10% off all parts
  • 10% off all toner*
  • 2 Preventative Maintenance services per year
  • Reduced labor rate of $75.00/hour for all service calls
  • Computer or networking related issues will be billed at a discounted hourly rate of $75.00
  • Trip charges included.
